2. Third-Party Service Providers

To provide our services, we use trusted third-party providers:

Google Firebase: For authentication, database storage, and hosting.
Google Maps API: To provide location-based discovery services.
Google Analytics: To understand app usage and improve user experience.
Google Generative AI (Gemini): To provide automated safety moderation of chat messages and images. Automated analysis may include extracting individual frames from videos to detect prohibited content. Flagged content may be reviewed by authorized Puppy Love moderators to determine appropriate account actions.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active. You have full control over your data:

In-App Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data instantly via the Settings -> Privacy Hub menu.
Web Deletion Request: If you no longer have access to the app, you can request full data removal by emailing us at the address below.

Request Data Deletion: Email puppylove@puppyloveplaymate.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and your registered email address.

4. Children's Privacy

Puppy Love is strictly for individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover a minor has created an account, it will be terminated immediately.
