Puppy Love Playmate has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), exploitation, or any behavior that compromises the safety of children.

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

Strictly 18+: Our platform is for adults only. If we identify a user under 18, they will be permanently banned.
No CSAE/CSAM: Immediate permanent ban and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) for any child-related abuse material.

2. Proactive AI Moderation

We utilize advanced AI technology (Google Gemini) to proactively monitor and filter chat messages and shared media, including images and video frames. This system is designed to automatically flag content that violates our child safety standards. Flagged content is isolated and sent for immediate review by our staff to ensure a safe environment.

3. User Protection & Reporting

We provide tools to keep our community safe:

In-App Reporting: Report offensive users or content directly in chats or profiles.
Blocking: Instantly block any user to prevent further communication.

Community Safety Tip: Protect yourself from scams. Never share financial information, passwords, or sensitive personal documents with other users.
